Men of Esther Funds Foundation is a Christ-centered national brotherhood helping college men belong, lead with integrity, serve with purpose, and persist to graduation.

Our mission is to cultivate a Christ-centered brotherhood that equips college men—especially those facing financial, academic, social, or spiritual barriers—with mentorship, practical resources, leadership development, and a community committed to helping them persist through college and serve beyond it.

Leadership in Men of EFF is stewardship—not status. National officers help protect the mission, nurture brotherhood, support chapters, and model faith in action.

Protects the brotherhood's records, communication, accountability, and organizational continuity.
Builds belonging through mentorship, member care, spiritual encouragement, and brother-to-brother connection.
