Our mission

We cultivate a Christ-centered brotherhood that equips college men, especially those facing financial, academic, social, or spiritual barriers, with mentorship, practical resources, leadership development, and community.

  1. 01Faith

Character grounded in Christ and convictions visible in action.

  2. 02Brotherhood

Honest community where college men are known and accountable.

  3. 03Persistence

Practical support that helps brothers stay enrolled and finish.

  4. 04Service

Leadership that meets real needs on campus and beyond.

Our vision

A national network of faithful, educated, emotionally healthy, and service-minded men who complete their degrees, lead with humility, and make room for the next man to rise.

Help them stay.

The conversation cannot stop at getting Black men onto campus. We have to ask: what will it take to help them stay, succeed, and graduate? This is why support matters. This is why retention matters. This is why brotherhood matters.
